Change your thoughts...change your life... 

Our living moments, our reactions, our views are based on thoughts we have created in our minds...a thought can be changed and so can...how we enjoy moments, how we react to them and how we think of ourselves....consciously changing our thoughts can change our lives...

The power of our thoughts creates our lives. We create the thoughts and so we start believing in them and then our subconscious starts acting out those beliefs. 

Instead we can consciously change a thought to be loving, to give us joy in the present moment and to maintain our inner peace, then everything works out the way it is supposed to.
We have the power to change our thoughts at this present moment, this is our time where we can start using positive thoughts and words. 

How the subconscious responds to our thoughts is simple, if we say 'I don't want to be unhealthy anymore' your subconscious listens to 'unhealthy' more and continues its habits.
Instead, if we say "I love and look after my body giving it healthy and nourishing foods" this creates a clear message so our subconscious can then start acting on it and life starts happening as we desire.

Thoughts are a powerful tool and we have the freedom to choose what we think of situations, of the world around us and of ourselves. 
Planting seeds of healthy thoughts in our garden in our mind is a powerful cure to every challenge physically and mentally. Letting go of those negative thoughts or worries of things we don't know can be easily done by consciously becoming aware and lovingly change them into positive thoughts for our now and future moments. 

Today is a new day full of adventures and new experiences and we won't have another opportunity to live this day again; we don't want to take precious time away from today...
Concentrating in this present moment and practising loving thoughts can only bounce back to us and so the reward is again love. 

Let ourselves flow with life, practising good thoughts, always remember when moments don't go the way we want them to or seem straight forward, trust life that it is for a good reason, there is something greater we need to learn or change and life finds its ways to show it to us when the time is right. 

Surround yourself with beauty, hang a beautiful picture that awakens in you hopes and dreams to pursue, play music that inspires you and brings an overwhelming feeling of joy. 
Your subconscious will start acting on these positive feelings and thoughts and soon your life will be how you create it in your thoughts.


I now take moments as they come and flow with life, few events which now I call 'challenges' or 'learning adventures' had not disturbed me and I have been calmer and everything has worked out without the need to worry. Everything has a solution and if we keep calm, we will be able to see that there are opportunities all around us. 

One Sunday morning I got ready to attend my first Yoga class. That morning I run out of coffee and  so I decided to get a coffee from the drive through. As I am trying to place it on a very cluttered drink holder, I spilt it all over the the car, cables and my sleeve. For a few seconds I got stressed, annoyed thinking I need to go back home, I am going to be late, then I stopped !!! I consciously stopped that negative feeling, and parked up the car and took a few seconds to think calmly and in no rush. 

I then went to the toilets, washed my arm, collected a load of napkins to dry up all the coffee spill. 
I then poured a bit of sugar on my remaining coffee and once again set off to my new Yoga class. 
I got there in perfect time and had a wonderful morning. 

When I look back, I feel proud of  myself for giving myself the gift of calmness, love and patience. I gave myself a good start of the day regardless the challenge of that moment and I have created a loving memory of that day, my first day of yoga. 

My mother said once, "life flows like a pumpkin cart, all the pumpkins will eventually settle as the cart moves along".

Applying positive thinking to my life has worked wonders for me, and now I am gently and lovingly passing these new ways of seeing life to my two beautiful children. I hope this message touches as many lives as possible for the better.
